About the host
Anis Hachani, is a trainer/coach who looks beyond just physical well-being. He has been helping people to set and achieve goals in function of a healthy(er) lifestyle for more than 10 years. Thanks to his extensive experience and his empathy, he can provide creative solutions for everyone’s individual situation: stressful business managers, chaotic parents, busy singles or demanding top athletes.
